simple holiday fun #4 – carrot cake cookies

 

We always try do lots of baking in the school holidays.  My eldest son and I made these carrot cake cookies yesterday.  They are delicious.  Biscuits are much more likely to disappear in my house.  When I make a cake, I have to start selling it to make sure it all gets eaten.
